Despoina Goula-Beautifying Our Schoolyard – eTwinning Project "Environmentally Friendly School"

As part of our eTwinning project "Environmentally Friendly School", our students(from the 1st Kindergarten of Kastoria-Greece) took action to make our school environment greener and more beautiful!

We planted flowers in the schoolyard and decorated the space, creating a more pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. 🌼🌷

Through this activity, students learned the importance of caring for the environment and taking small but meaningful steps toward sustainability.

Well done to all involved! 💚

As part of World Water Day on March 22, we organized a joint painting event as part of our eTwinning project to draw attention to the importance of water in our lives and to raise awareness about the protection of water resources.

In our event, the visual materials we prepared together with our project partners were colored by our students. Thanks to this work, students realized once again that water is an indispensable resource for life; they became aware of water conservation and conscious use of water.

In addition, the joint painting event increased cooperation and intercultural interaction among students. The fact that children from different countries worked on the same theme reinforced a common value, love of nature.

Every drop of water is valuable… Let's not forget: Let's protect our water for our future!

We prepared energy saving warning signs with our students. In this way, the importance of energy saving will be understood and conscious consumption habits will be developed.
